Michelle – Chairside Assistant

Michelle is Dr. Oyola’s lead chairside assistant. She is a Sarasota native and has greatly enjoyed growing up in the beautiful Sarasota area. Along with over 25 years of endodontic experience, Michelle brings to the practice great compassion for our patients and loves the opportunity to make sure you are well informed and comfortable during your appointment. Her gentleness and experience are great assets to our practice. Michelle enjoys working in her garden, going to the beach, and spending time with her vivacious grandson and family!

Gema – Business Administrator

Gemma is our Business Administrator and the welcoming face behind our office. Born and raised in Utah, Gemma moved to Florida two years ago with her husband and their two children, embracing the sunshine and coastal lifestyle.

Gemma brings a genuine warmth to everything she does. Her greatest strengths are her contagious smile, natural empathy, and consistently positive attitude—qualities that instantly put both patients and team members at ease. She takes pride in creating a friendly, supportive environment where everyone feels heard and cared for.

Outside of the office, Gemma enjoys photography, doing hair, relaxing at the beach, and, most of all, spending quality time with her family.

Dawn – Business and Social Media Assistant

Dawn was born and raised in Kentucky and has called this area home since 1998. With over 30 years of experience in the dental field, she brings a deep understanding of patient care, communication, and practice operations to our team. As our Business and Social Media Assistant, Dawn helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes while sharing the heart of our practice online.

Outside the office, she loves the outdoors—gardening, boating, jet skiing, camping, and traveling whenever she can. She’s been happily married for 30 years and is a proud mom of three and grandma to four, cherishing every moment spent with her grandkids.

Sarah

Born and raised in Baghdad, Iraq, Sarah moved to the United States in 2018 and has proudly called Florida home since the summer of 2025. With over 15 years of experience in dentistry, Sarah truly loves what they do—combining precision, creativity, and science to help patients feel confident in their smiles.

Always curious and committed to growth, Sarah even took a detour into chemistry during the COVID years, gaining a deeper scientific understanding that adds an extra layer of care and attention to every patient experience.

When not in the office, Sarah enjoys cooking, reading, watching movies and TV shows, hiking, exploring nature, and traveling.
